Each has a prerequisite - full lungs, air from which you can not exhale while you are on the surface of the water. It serves as a kind of lifebuoy that will hold your body without movement and assistive devices.

  • go to a shallow depth;
  • take in as much air as possible while standing upright;
  • lower your face under water;

Another useful practical exercise is the float. For its implementation, you will need to move away from the coast so that the water reaches your neck. Take a deep breath, take a dip. To feel the heaviness of the legs, which is stored in the water, try to perform the exercise "slip". Go into the reservoir at chest level, turn to face the shore. Inhale and squat down, completely immersed. Push your feet from the bottom, directing movement up and forward, do not use your hands in the process. Stay in that position for as long as you can. After that, you will feel that the legs fall down, returning the torso upright position.

Swimming for beginners

For those who want to learn how to quickly learn to swim independently, a number of rules have been developed. Compliance with certain conditions will increase the effectiveness of training and accelerate the learning process:

  • eat no later than 2 hours before the lesson;
  • optimal time for classes - from 16 to 19 hours;
  • swim in a day;
  • before swimming, stretch the muscles on the shore.

Right breathing

An important and difficult task is to breathe properly while swimming. Deep breaths need to be done above the water surface, and exhalations - under it.
