The Internet has made our lives much easier. Messages reach in a second, all the necessary information can be found quite quickly. On the one hand it is very convenient. But there is a minus - these are social networks. It is difficult to find people who are not registered on at least one such site. The idea of creating a social network was the ability to communicate with people and share their information (photos, recordings, videos). Over time, communication on virtual sites began to become addictive.

You have a constant need to go to your page, check messages, even if you know that no one should write to you.
You spend all the time reading the news and browsing the pages of other users, waiting for updates from their information.
You need to daily update your status, as well as posting photos of how you spend time.
You play applications for a long time trying to improve your level in the game.
You have alerts on all devices: phone, computer, email, instant messengers.
Sitting down at the computer to check mail, you spend most of the time on the social network site.

It’s not so difficult to deal with it. To get started, try removing alerts for new messages and updates. Whenever you try to visit the resource’s site, try to do more useful things: read a book, learn a new foreign language, or at least watch a movie. Then try not to visit your page for one day. Spend more time with friends, stop writing messages, if you want to talk, just call. After some time, you will realize that real life is much better than virtual. Just imagine how many things you could do without spending time on the social network site.
